I usualy put a thin layer of Mitsubishi's factory grey RTV on each side of the gasket when installing them. I usualy make sure the bosses and flange on the pan is completely dry before putting them on. Another thing that alot of people don't realize is that there are little "crush rings" on the 10mm head bolts that hold the line on, they should be replaced when reinstalling the line. Not 100% needed, but it's always good to do it right the first time.

That OEM Mitsu stuff is really good, and though it's pretty expensive, I highly reccomend it over the typical auto parts store Permatex stuff.
