Question Wiring in lights for gauge

where did you wire in the lights for the gauges? what is the easiest place to do it?

Any info would be appreciated as I don't want to start splicing into wires that I'm unsure of.

Any pics are also appreciated.

Thank you

On the cig lighter, how did you get to the wire? Did you have to remove the center console?

Where did you ground it?

Yea, takes me 5 mins to remove the center console. For the ground, I just connected to the frame underneath the steering wheel.

All sources for gauges are available from the headunit harness. I managed not having to cut any factory wires by using adapter harness from Metra. You can even have the gauges dim with the dimmer if you want.
