the Forge flutters, nothing to do about it. They know it, they dont care. Most people live with it, I fixed it with a Turbo xs BOV.

Do you have any problems with the vta? Any idle problems or stalling?

I didn't use a VTA, get the recirculating. I use 4 washers on the spring, no problems yet, acts like stock valve.

 

My Forge DV valve works like a charm. Yellow spring with one washer. 21psi. It is almost as loud as a BOV, and no fluttering.

 

some BOV's make the fluttering sound...its normal and its how they were designed (although sometimes it can be a problem if the bov is supposed to not flutter). some ppl like that sound and other don't.

 

yea I thought mine was fluttering on mine.. but i realized that it was just my wastegate on my lancer.. i just had the DP hooked up and it was all i could here.. but the people in front of my car were telling me that it was sounding correctly.
