Hi Everyone
I just got a brand new cf trunk.....

I was hopeing for some install advise.

Any info would be helpful. Im not looking for the obivious....

More along the lines of keep the tenshion bars? remove them both? or replace them with the rs bar, since there will NOT be a wing. Im worried that with the lightness of the cf trunk will the two bars might snap the trunk or create stress cracks, or break it in way?

How to drill a hole into te trunk for the trunk lock? Do I want a trunk lock?

I have a wingless stock trunk and it comes up pretty rough. I would suggest somehow taking some tension off. I myself am going to get the same trunk and am looking forward to what others have to say about relieving some of the tension. Sorry I'm not much help but yes, I would advise to somehow making it not come up so harsh. Also Mine is completely shaven with no lock. I think it looks good that way but to each their own. Good Luck!
