EVO Clutch Install, includes t-case removal and service manual links
Maybe it's something simple but when getting everything back together the passenger side output shaft (transfer case to axle) doesn't seem like it's going in all the way and the axle sits about an inch too far from the transfer case.
Anyone experience this kind of problem before?

Just got done doing it on my car, spec p-trim twin disc.
Wasn't a big deal. Marginally more difficult than a timing belt only because of the sheer volume of stuff that has to get moved/removed. Took about 5-5 1/2 hours.
All in all, a fairly straight forward process.

ok well i am replacing the clutch right now in my car... and i cant get off the trans.... it is stuck on the output shaft... no matter how much we pry and shake the trans it will not come off.... anyone have any tips?
TOB needs to be popped out, or you can do what i did, take out the boot where the FORK is, and remove the Pressure plate bolts so the PP comes off with the tranny
