You will need a fuel pump as well..

I say new front mount, upper and lower I/C pipes, Cams, TBE, boost controller (25psi boost) upgraded clutch and a great tune!

Oh ok.. Gt30r sounds real good but a FP sounds a lot better lol especially since its cheaper .

Ok well It sounds like I am going to have to save up for

clutch
fuel pump ( walboro 255)
1000 injectors
AMS front mount intercooler
(I would say tires but I have em at home lol)

The other thing is those HKS 280's trade some bottom end for higher top end power. They are not normally suited to a DD, you may want to sell them and get into a set of Kelford 272's.

Lol that's fully built 9 second territory. But I mean you can throw 35r & get a pump gas tune & run 11's all day. Just search around there's loads of useful info by many who have been there & done that. You'll need to figure out what you want the car for. Daily driver, track monster ect... I think you want a dd so I would look into getting a FP red with supporting mods& you'll be more than happy. Start with searching "fp red". Lots of reading to do

Is the head built to run thoes 280's? Since you have a bigger cam that doesnt give you as much bottom end you could run a 35r. I am on a 35r, ceramic 6puck clutch, all the other necessitys and I daily my car even in the snow storms we get. I plan on getting 280s later and selling my 272's. The car is still on a stock bottom end and has been handling all the abuse I put it through (every time im in the car).

I just did this setup so I dont have any times yet but from what I have seen and been told it should be good for 11's.

If it was a IX I would say TBE, Tune, race gas, weight reduction and driver mod.

But you have a VIII so go with a FP Red, Ebay FMIC, ETS LICP, Tune, and clutch if you don't have a upgraded one already.
