Thanks for the pic. Now i gotta find something to make that out of... now how do you go about adjusting that for stopping the pedal in the right place? Adjusting a single disc your only really looking for the right engagement spot, now throwing in a stopping spot....

adjust the pedal all the way out and u want about a 3/4 to 1 inch lower than when it goes into gear without being notchy. use washers and such to adjust distance for the pedal stop.

The only bolts I found at the store were Class 8.8 ISO which is the equivalent of a Grade 5 SAE bolt. Not enough in my opinon. I found Class 10.9 bolts online which is the equivalent of an SAE Grade 8.

I found M6 x 1.0 x 50 to work for me, I also used lock tite, and a lock washer.

EDIT:
The class 10.9 bolts only came in packs of 15, so it's actually cheaper to go with these Class 12.9 allen head bolts and you gain 26,000 psi of tensile strength!

OP is looking for a hydraulic specific how-to.

People seem to be allergic to reading these days.

Clutch is in n car feels alot better, this clutch wants more power, its noisy and aggressive but i love the grip...I now have to move the car about 1500 rpm to not get any chatter, down shift is fun but under 1200-1000 rpm down shifting will strain the rear diff and you will get a diff hop. When first moving off you will hear the clutch engaging and also the TOB sounds like the shaft is spinning between it.

The hardest part is setting the pedal stop NOTE bleed the system, back off the pedal travel (put the pedal away from the firewall) install the pedal stop adjust and den re-bleed the system again than adjust the pedal to where u feel it engage, then adjust the pedal stop about 1/4 to 1/2 from that spot and you are ready once you have all gears selecting without and notching its good to go.
