Bought used HKS Hi Power didn't included brackets.

Hello,
I have just bought a HKS Hi Power exhaust used from a member on here. I searched and I didn't realize until now that it came with 2 brackets needed for you to hang the exhaust. I am taking it to a muffler shop to install tomorrow because i want to shorten it to fit my JDM IX rear better. Do you think they be able to get it on by some other means, re-weld etc...?

If anyone is searching for the answer I just got it done yesterday. The exhaust shop cut off all the existing hangers, shortened the exhaust, lined everything up and just created 3 new hangers that were welded onto the exhaust and placed in the OEM hanger locations.

I do not have any rubbing on the driveshaft at all. And it all fits nicely. The total cost of the used exhaust and work done was $325. totally worth it.

Be careful with the HKS hi-power... I had it on my Evo 8 and it rubbed against my drive shaft and ****ed it up. Just watch how close it gets to your resonator.. if you have one. Not sure about the 9's though
