Does anyone have a diagram showing where the water pump bolts go back in? When they were removed they got mixed up. When putting the pump back on I thought I had the bolts in the correct location but the top bolt is binding when it gets almost all the way in. I matched the longest bolt with the thickest part of the water pump because I assumed that was the correct placement.

You probably have it right. You are probably missing the alternator bracket.

The following link will take you to the FSM page that describes the lengths. The grade 7 bolts are on the top left and on the bracket near the water pipe. The general layout is longest bolts go in the longest holes.
