need Help removing front block cover

need Help removing front block cover

Looking for some advice and how to remove the whole front block cover so I can swap it over to my new block. Any help with be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I'm trying to figure out how to remove the whole front case and sepatine bellt tensioner. I already have brand new sprocket and front case gasket.

There's not really a "case". You have the oil filter housing, oil pump, water pump, balance belt/tensioner, crank pulley, etc.

It's just a matter of nuts and bolts. The serpentine tensioner comes off with 2 bolts, overcenter the pulley with a 1/2" drive breaker bar or ratchet. The gear on the crankshaft should pull off, after that the trigger disc, then the balance shaft gear. Water pump is bolts. Oil filter housing, bolts. Oil pump, more bolts.

With that said, it looks like you've got a bit of corrosion going on, so it may not be as simple as sliding cogs off. PB Blaster and a pulley removal tool should be added to your shopping list.
