Why no 264 exhaust for the '05?

 

I'm interested in getting a set of cams. I was about to go with HKS 264/264. At what part of the RPM range will the usable power be at for the 264/264 and the 272/272. I understand that cam gears are not needed, but are the recommended with these cams? if so do you carry cam gears as well?

 

I cant wait to see the dyno results...!

We have one set of 264/264's getting dynoed
We have one set of 272/264's getting dynoed
and we have one set of 272/272's getting dynoed

I will post them as they are avalible. We will have a stock car and be doing a dyno compairson of all the different cams but that is going to take a few weeks to schedual.

We will be offering cam gears they will be a 5 bolt design, gun metal and will hopefully be priced at $179 for the pair. These should be avalible in the next 45 days
Cam gears are a good idea for the larger 272 exhaust cam. the 264 really doesnt requir them but for optimal tuning they can be used.

All the cams work for the 2003-2005 evo's that was a miss type but i have fixed it already.

We are offering a special for installs for our products. Sould be something like 550-600 installed price! come by when you get back in town!
