I think it was a box issue. I don't think either company tends to treat packages with kid gloves.
If you feel more comfortable sending it FedEx, then I would do that.

What do you mean? Works charges $349 (last time I checked) for their TB's. Right now, we're charging $249 (for not much longer). I like to point out the good in our products, so if you're looking for me to criticize the competition, I won't.
Suffice it to say Aby has 20 years professional engine building experience and tuning experience in IRL, CART, IMSA, GTP, and ALMS. He's the kind of guy I'd want building my throttle body (and he did).
The advantages of our TB are pointed out in the first page of this thread. As far as I know, we're the only ones who do all of the things highlighted under the pic ouf our 65mm TB:

Seriously, we're working on getting our hands on an Evo X TB and mani.
Also, the fabricator is still working on the Evo X jig. Since the Evo 8/9 pieces go into production this week, things should ramp up on the X stuff now. Don't think that I've forgotten about you
