New gauge pod design!!!

this guy is nothing but a run around king, I paid for this Pod almost 3 weeks ago and havent recieved anything but run around and none responded emails , phone calls, and PM's.
When I first paid for it he said he would ship it one week from the 14th , monday the 21st rolled by I tried calling emailing and pm'ing with no answer, day later I get a response saying that he is sick and that he will ship it out in 1 week with faster shipping. neddless to say that week has rolled by . I left him more voicemails , emails, and pm's telling him to either give me a call or hey just respond so I know whats going on, he did neither until I left a comment on this thread telling about his very BAD business and customer service ethics,
he responded only 7 min later! all those calls and voicemails unanswered and it only takes 7 min to respond to a comment on his thread? wow. Oh and then he leaves a comment making it seem like I am the one who is in bad contact, stating "please try checking your PM's "
so I did and viola! he sent me a PM 3 min. before he posted that comment, in his PM he said the 60mm Pod looks silly and isnt right looking it will not work and he will not be able to make them . he said in the same PM I will refund your money or send you a 52mm pod ASAP. At first I said just refund me the money but got no reply so I then called again and left him a voicemail stating I wanted the 52 mm pod instead, I pm'd him again stating that I wanted the 52 mm pod instead, this all was 4 days ago I beleive.
He has taken my money and then avoided me like the plague , this is a warnig to all EVOM.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HIM< HE WILL RIP YOU OFF AND iGNORE YOU
all this could have been avoided if He had just returned my calls or pm's . Or hell even sent me the *******'d pod he said he would almost 3 weeks ago.

I tried to do something different and offer you a 60mm setup. Unfortunately, after the 20 hours I put into your panel, it just didn't turn out as well as I expected. I offered you a refund on Thursday, March 31. You replied that afternoon that you would like a 52mm pod instead. I said I would try to ship it in the morning. I worked on getting your panel ready for 5 hours Thursday night after I got off work, but the paint work got blemished. Rather than send you something I was not pleased with, I choose to repaint it last night. Obviously it did not get shipped out Friday as I hoped, but it can now certainly go out Monday. I will not sell something inferior just to get it out the door.
With that being said, I have spent over 27 hours of my personal time away from my wife and daughter to work on your $129 gauge panel. If you break that time down, I am making minimum wage, and that does not include the price of the materials used in the process. I do this work to help support my wife staying home with my daughter, and in turn I must sacrifice a large amount of my family time to make it happen. I have stated it a million times, that this is not my full time job. I work around 50 hours a week as a network administrator. In addition I attend school full time at night, and I must do my best to squeeze in time to make these panels for some extra cash.
Occasionally I happen to be at my pc while I am working, and sometimes I have the chance to respond back quickly. However, it is not always the case, and no one should ever expect to get responses back that fast all the time.
With regards to phone calls. I never gave you my phone number, nor did I promise that I would pick up. You have called while I was at work, at school, and while I was spending my very precious time with my daughter. Leave a message, and I will do my best to contact you back when I have time, but don't go running online 5 minutes after you call and cry about it.
After I finish up these last few panels including one that I owe to Crusin Lancer, I may stop making these panels. I originally wanted to make something special and unique for this community, but few of you seem to actually appreciate that this is not a high production piece. Yes, I do my best to get things out when I can, but custom work takes time. If you want to get something special for you car, then you will either have to pay out the nose for it or expect to wait a long time. With as cheap as I sell these for, it is hardly worth my time. I had hoped that people like you might try to understand that, but clearly I have been wrong.
To those of you that have been very patient and positive about my work, I greatly appreciate your support. this is what it takes to get you to respond to me? cmon after all the phone calls and B.S PM's , emails all I have to do Is run on here and shortly thereafter you respond . none of this would have happened if you'd respond to a pm or 2 you have never me whether or not you recieved my response to get a 52 mm panel , how should I know what to expect people worry when it feels like your avoiding them especially when you have there money and they have nothing to show for it in 3 weeks.
every time I post in this thread about our dealings you respond sameday, so you must check the site atleast multiple times during the day, how hard would it be to click private messages and say hey I got delay'd gimme another 2 days , etc. prolly less time than it took to write that long *** excuse.

oh and about your daughter and personal situation, When you told me that you could do a 60mm pod I went out And bought 2 60mm gauges for about 270 dollars, then you responded 2 days ago saying that you couldnt , I had to sell brand new gauges to buy 2 52 mm gauges of lesser quality because I cant afford gauges of the same quality again.
we all have personal struggles some of us bear with it and face our responsibilities, while others complain about how hard life is . I am sorry for your situation but you have to realize the situation that you have put me in because of you not being able to write or respond to PM's.

Kilterman you really need to lay off! everyone on here has been sweating this guy like none other! I understand that you already paid for them. But maybe if you would of been pacient and waited tell he was done with yours and then paid him everything would of been alright, and about the gauges its not his fault you went out and bought those gauges and then when he told you that the 60mm looked silly and he wouldnt sacrifice his quality of work for something that looked silly. you had to sell them and buy less quality 52mm gauges. Thats not his fault! once again if you would of been a little more pacient and waited till he was done then you would of known that he couldnt do it and you wouldnt of boughten them! the fact is I bought the gauges before I paid him and he said that the 60mm pod only needed to be "touched up" meaning he already had one, also on this board he said he would have pics of it next week. he said he just needed to touch it up and it would ship out 1 week later (1st promise)Monday 1 week later rolls by and I decide to contact him again , I send him PMs and he responds days later , which is very annoying seeing how he logs on to his acct and reads the PMs and just doesnt respond to them . he responds finally saying that he got teribly sick and that he hasnt worked on it since thursday of the previous week ( by this time it was wednesday the 23. I sent him money the 14th) he states I should have it in a few days (2nd promise) and when I do I will ship it to you express to make up for the delay (3rd promise)
well now its the 28th and I start with the Pm campaign again because I havent seen or heard from him about the product that only needed touching up
, I emailed him and sent PMs , when those werent responded to I looked up his website that he has listed in his profile , and viola! questions or comments you can reach me direct at my cell phone , so I did , I called twice and left 1 voicemail asking if he could give me a call back to figure out whats upAfter the voicemail, I sit around for a bit and then decided to come here and say publicly that he hasnt been responding to my PMs and emails and phone calls.
and what do you know not ten minutes later he responds with "plz try checking your Pms" making it seem like I am retarded . which isnt bad just really really frustrating .
the PM states " I just cant do it the 60mm panel just does look right, it wasnt ment to be this . I cant finish it . if you want a refund I will do that right away if Not I have a 52 mm pod right now that I can ship today (promise #4) "
well now its the 3rd of april and all I have to show for all of these promises is you coevo05 telling me how I need to lay off , sorry buddy I didnt buy his personal life I bought a gauge POD. this may sound cold hearted but :
business is business, I became a customer as soon as my money left my hand , I have been lied to and ignored from the minute money left my hand. not something you would expect from someone trying to supplement his income
oh And COEVO05 I bought the gauges (60mm) becuase he told me he was done
then I had to sell them becuase it turns out it really wasnt done and he couldnt make it , so yes iit is his fault lying only made things worse
You have clearly twisted the facts in your favor. I do not see it necessary to argue about this online, as nothing I say will mend the situation. I already refunded your money to you early this morning.

Kilter, you're an ***... there's a feedback system for feedback, stop whining where this guy is trying to sell (and obviously has a lot of satisfied customers) and post your sad impatient story in his feedback.

You have to understand that this is not Audio18's full time job. If it was then I could totally understand your point of customer service, but this is something that Scott does on his free time. He doesn't have to make these pods for us, but out of the kindness of his heart he is taking away time with his daughter to help out the EVO community and provide us with these nice pieces of art. I am sure that everyone who has purchased one of these pods from Scott FULLY understands this.
Now for the gauges there is no one else to blame except yourself. Yes, maybe he said he could make a 60mm pod, but after making one he didn't like the way it looked and I would rather him be honest and tell me it looked silly then for me to recieve it and hate it. I bought my 52mm gauges before I knew Scott was going to make the pods. That was my choice and it so happened that he made the 52mm pods first. You should've waited until you recieved the pod before purchasing the gauges.
Anyways I am very happy with my pod and I respect Scott for doing these projects. I'm sure everyone else is happy with theirs as well. My hat goes off to Scott. Don't let someone like Kilterman ruin what you have worked so hard for.

come on! he as a ****ing life, and a job and a family and everyday activites like every other person! (Even more as it seems) It DID take me a extra week to recieve mine, but i did NOT freak out and jump to conclusions, i did NOT badmouth him over a minor delay. i think if you have a problem, settle it with the seller, not openly with all the world, turning one negative experience into a major feedback indicator. And about your gauges, it was YOUR decision to buy them, yes you PLANNEd to put them into the pod, but usually its a better idea to recieve the product which will be holding them before the gauges (IMO). I just think you should lay off this guy, hes a great guy with great products who has a LIMITED free time and of that free time even more limited time to produce these CUSTOM handmade products.

ok for those with the " he's got a full time job blah blah blah" He said he already had it made when I "ordered" it he said he only needed to touch up the painting. so I bought the gauges because he said he had one. jerks.
