You guys really need to back off. If it were me making these pieces and I came on here and read how impatient and mean some people get get over a hand-laid fiberglass, painted gauge pod that looks better than ANY other pod you can buy...I'd paypal a refund and tell you to go f*ck yourselves and enjoy buying the a-pillar gauge pod. Just my .02, I'm extremely happy with the piece I got a few months ago for him and have had many many compliments on it.

Oh come On some of this is supposed to be funny , atleast by me . Scott is prolly a great guy in real life especially because he puts his daughter first which in my eyes is very upstanding considering he is killing his rep to do so. I have stated before the pod he makes is outstanding but his "service" in whole fkn sucks. Oh and by the way he did just that he refunded my money and told me to go fk myself , which isnt a bad thing as it allowed me to go with my first (read : expensive) option , Craig hardy and defi bf gauges .

To those of you who have tried contacting me recently about panels, I apologize for any delays in my responses. My schedule has become increasingly hectic over the past several weeks, and this has lead to a decrease in my response time and turn around of products. To remedy this, I will be taking some time off to help get my schedule straight, and hopefully this will help my business down the road. I will continue to make these panels, and I will post on my progress in the future.

To those of you waiting for pm or email, please be patient. I will contact you shortly.

That's no problem, man - take all the time you need. I was just scared that you weren't making any more, since I really had my heart set on one

*sigh*

I think that a lot of you are jumping on Kilterman without any real basis. His reaction was perfectly understandable.

If any of you, vendor or otherwise, sets expectations to other individuals, it is up to you to fullfill that expectation. If you know that you are swamped and will not be able to complete your obligation, communicate exactly that. It's common courtesty. In this forum, you can communicate to hundreds (if not thousands) in a single reply. If this is done, it lessens the burden of replying to every PM.

Scott did not meet the expectations that he set for me. He did email me last night, apologize and explain. That is definitely a step in the right direction and I undertand that life happens.

We do need people like Kilterman to stand up, take the hard road and speak his mind when everyone else is holding hands and singing Kumbaya.

Scott, I look forward to recieving the pod.

Thanks
Evorr

Yeah...but this isn't a vendor and it isn't a company. It's one guy trying to balance a regular life and do this to make a little extra money on the side. It's perfectly understandable sometimes for someone like that to get backed up and not be able to devote all the free time he has to keeping people updated on this kind of stuff.

I know he is not a vendor. It could be your friend. You are missing my point. I have three kids. I am an executive in the 13th largest privately held company. I have 80 people that I am responsible for, and I do "stuff" on the side. Trust me, I understand about the trials and tribulations about balancing life.

If I was told that I would not get the pod for a year, I would have been perfectly happy because I know what to expect.

anyone who is in the process of buying these pods understands that this is one man with a very full plate on his hands. most of my beef came from scott misleading me into believing that my pod was already made, or being touched up or other things, he promised ship dates over and over and in the end the pod turned out to be never made. I am not pissed at scott nor do I hate him . I just wish he would extend a little courtesy when dealing with people.

there has been numerous scams floating around this site recently and some of the culprits have been known members not "fly by nights" with 1 posts counts. when something like this happens it alarms you and to back it up you absolutly have no idea whats going on with your paid for item.

Scott is problly one heck of a guy in real life and I can say that his pods are absolutley amazing but the lack of communication and false promises scare myself and many others.

To EvoRR:

thanks for all the support through out this. It was because of your PM that I didnt feel like I was alone. I hope everything turns out for the best with your pod and that when you recieve it , EVERYBODY goes DAYUM where the FCk you get that????

Got the pod last week from Scott. Fit and finish is perfect (and I am picky). The new silver finish (not as glossy) matches perfectly with the radio surround. Alls well that ends well. Thanks Scott. evorr
