New gauge pod design!!!
I've re-read the thread, but unsure of one thing. How does this attach to the original cubby spot. I know the original cubby is mounted with two screws and two snaps. Will the gauge pod mount the same way using both the snaps and screws? Just getting an idea if it would be an easy switch in switch out process.
It is a little tight though for the screws to get a full size screw driver in there so with this design don't you think it would be a little tough to put scews in? Not saying it isn't possible or that I wouldn't do it just thinking since we don't have pics
. Where are the pics audio?

Between my regular job and making these things at night, I haven't had a chance to post a pic yet. I will take a pic at lunch time of one of the unfinished panels. It will be primer grey, and the gauge holes are not cut out. Hopefully that will tie you over until I get them painted.
Yes, it does utilize the two upper screws that the factory panel mounts with. I specifically positioned the gauge holes so that you can reach each screw through them. It can be done with a regular screwdriver, but it is much easier with a right angle attachment. The attachments are really cheap, and it is something that everyone needs to have anyway. The install is incredibly easy, and I will detail that more later.
Thanks again for everyone's interest and patience. I could have had these ready a while ago, but I am just not willing to half a$$ my work just to make some quick sales.

"I have been spending nearly all of my free time working on getting these things ready. I ended up taking a few steps back and basically made an entirely new panel that had a better fit with the dash. It fits in the dash almost seamlessly now, and I have since removed the dip underneath the gauges that spawned the "*****" comments. I am very, very happy with how well it has improved, so I hope everyone else feels the same way. I know that there are a ton of people waiting for me to get these out, but I assure you that the improved panel was worth the delay. Due to the labor and cost of materials involved with these, I will be charging $129 for each painted 2 gauge 52 mm panel."
Seems reasonable and I can't wait to get mine. Hopefully he will post pics of the new design.

Had to vote on my lunch break yesterday, so I didn't get pics before night time on Tuesday. I did however take some quick pics this morning, and they are on my camera at work. I will upload them tomorrow morning for those who want a better idea of how it looks. It is a primed piece, so don't expect anything glamorous.
