are these still being made? seems like lots of peeps would like one of these, but no response from audio.

I've been waiting since March to get mine. I paid well in advance and was promised a pod the week following my payment. I never got one. I PM'd like crazy, and eventually got a response. It sounds like he's not going to make them anymore, but he did say that my pod would be the last one, and that it would ship the following day. That was 2 weeks ago, and I still haven't received the pod. I requested a refund because I've been out $135 for 2 months now, and still haven't received a response.

i got mine but i was in the first batch of 10, hope you all get yours- im sure scott just is very busy yet he still should communicate with you all

Don't bother, he's not making any more. I paid him almost 5 months ago now, and he took off with my money. I reported the incident to PayPal and they've made a note on his account, but I'm not going to see my $$$ unless he decides to be honest about it. He hasn't returned a single PM, either.

Yeah, I'm pissed off.

 

Yikes... he seemed like a good guy at the beginning, but he hasnt posted on the boards since April.. wonder what happened.....

 

i got mine, it seems like he gathered up 25 people to "sell it to" and only sent it to the first 10. If i were ripped off, i would get the IP addy of the person, and "go from there"...

 

IP address won't help because it could change dynamically. If I was smart, I would have pulled his whois information for his website, which is now down and "pending deletion". So I'm going to keep looking around and scour the web. Maybe I'll come up with something.

Anyhow, what goes around, comes around, as they say.
