I personally am very happy with how this pod came out, so it really pleases me to see that so many others feel the same way. I want to thank everyone for their positive responses since it is really encouraging. It is very obvious at this point that I should certainly move forward with starting production.

So...today I ordered all of the materials I will need, and I should be set up as a vendor on this site in the next few weeks. I have several other projects for the Evo in the works, so you should expect to see more from me in the future. Thanks again, and I will be in touch with all of those who have expressed interest.

I thought about doing a 3 gauge panel as well, but I think it may be too wide for that location. I would have to drastically change the shape of the panel, so it would actually bulge out from the bottom of the dash considerably more than the one I have already made. If the gauges faced straight forward, then it would not be much of a problem. Facing them up and to the left is where they would cause issues.

However, it is certainly something I could do. If someone were really interested in this, then I would love to make it as a one off piece.

If anyone wants a 3 gauge panel to replace the same factory pocket below the radio, then post or contact me directly. Like the 2 gauge panel, I would need at least 10 people to be interested in order for it to be worth the time and money to make and mold a new setup.

Unfortunately this is not my full time job. I have done fiberglass and custom work for years on the side, and I have decided to pick it up again now that my wife has chosen to stay at home with our baby girl. I am going to be pretty tied up for the next few weeks trying to get these "2 gauge" panels made, but I will happily explore the 3 gauge design after that should enough people show interest.

If not, then I can do projects on an individual basis, but you would have get with me privately about that.

Personally, I think 3 gauges would be pushing it. I would like an alternative to the Craig Hardy Panel however. Instead of creating the entire panel, make a 3-gauge insert for the upper DIN. I would definitely be interested in that, since I have a big gaping hole there right now.
