overlay question

I have done the search on bluebatmobile's overlays and seen the pictures, but everyone seems to do the pictures from a distance.

How do these look on cars up close in person? How thick is the vinyl? Any long term effects that would make some one not do the overlays again? (If you want to PM me negative responses feel free, if there are any).

thanks.

I have the amber overlay on my car.....

It was pretty surprising to see the end result. When I first put it on...I was worried it would come off or what not...but when I put it on my car (only took me 2 minutes to do)....it stuck really really well....

Don't know about the JDM 7 overlays....but as far as I know, they are the same type of transparent vinyl, and they are pretty tough.

When they are on the car....you can't even tell.....only when you run ur finger over it.....(check my gallery for sample pics..)

I think it is a good buy for the money...cuz what the heck..if u don't like it....take it off....it would have only costed you $30 bucks...

i was wondering how hard they are to remove though...i was thinking about taking my red ones off and making JDM rear tails...but i dont want a bunch of residue on the lenses

After watching some of the 12hrs of Sebring yesterday I was wondering if anyone had put yellow overlays on their headlights. Looked cool on the race cars just dunno how nice it would look on the Evo.

I have used BATS over lyas on my rear tailights and they are a great product. I have had no issues andpeople always think that I have real MR taillights.

Have not remoeved them yet, but from what I can tell it will not take more than a minute to spray some goo off and that sucker will peel right off.....

Simply apply heat with a hairdryer, and slowly peel off .
