Looks good; but its pretty dangerous driving around with a cage in and no helmet! You could just pad the bar (which wouldn't eliminate danger; but certainly help) but that would defeat the purpose of buying it (the jdm bling)...

i dont see why everyone says wear a helmet, watch your head etc...in the sitting position i moved around and its pretty hard to hit my head on it, the seatbelt locks up too which will help also but morethen likely my head will go staright forward and hit my steering wheel if anyhting

In an accident things tend to bend and go crunch, and your head might be a bit closer to that perdy blue steel

nice mod... even if its a bolt on cage it will still stiffen the chassis regardless. Not only does it look good but its functional

doesnt look like it is a daily driven car so chances are he wont get in a serious collision where the bar could hurt him -knock on wood-

So if you want to be JDM you have to blow 750$ on a cage that does nothing but add weight?

Count me out.

Bimmubishi has built more cages than you have years on your life. He knows what he is talking about.

Check out his shop if you don't believe me:

^ well functional or not...thats not the reason i bought it. Some people are into non functional show items and some people would rather spend their money on performance/fucntional equipment. I like to have a little of both.
