First off - nice rolling job! I cracked the **** out of my paint, but I did it in 30 degree weather and did not take my time on the first side.

I don't understand what you are referring to "warp the fender". What do you mean by that??

I am running both 285/30/18 Advan Neovas on 18x9.9+35 wheels, and 285/30/18 V710's on 18x10+32 wheels, and with the fender lip rolled all the way up it does not run anywhere on the inboard or outboard side of the fenderwell. The only place it did rub was the bolt/screw that hold the fender to the rear quarter panel right by the edge of the wheel well. Just shaved that off and moved it back about an inch.

warping the fender happens when you try to push on the lip too much instead of rolling it.it happens more on the panel side when you try to force rolling the fender.i did that a little bit on the driver side of my car since i tried rushing it its hard to fix that area since its bonded to another piece inside.

Hey Cal, do you think a slight pull would be hard on the Evo's rear quarter? Ive never seen it done before.

i think its do-able but would be hard to make it "perfect" as some parts of the quarter panel might start showing creases.

Basically, I heart Cal for putting up pics. You've really been a huge behind the scenes support for this community from day one

If you push too hard on the fender it will cause warping of the fender. I did that on my car a little bit. You can only see it in certain lighting however.

You can see it in this photo a little:

This will fit 275's no problem though.
