Is this type of thing usually used as a repair, or do professionals do it before every wax?
[EDIT]:: P.S. looking forward to that wheel cleaner portion...Also, I have heard that most products will have negative effects if applied in sunlight, is this a myth or is it just "easier" to remove when applied indoors?
Thanks in advance

Polishing should be done really only a few times a year, and lightly after the first, initial heavy cut so that one doens't remove too much clearcoat.

I can say that this write up is quite good along with the prodcut recommendations...Just remeber lack of experience in this feild can only be over-come via Practice, go out to a junkyard and get yoruself an old hood and/or trunk like i did! i have been detailing for close to 5-6 years and i still ask tons of questions

Try image shack - I'm not sure what their limit is, but I know I haven't been able to reach it yet.
Here's another of my Evo, in the meantime...

(seems like this is going to turn into another regular picture thread)

. No Camera at the moment, plus no time to do my own car until the end of the month. Life sucks.
