Is this type of thing usually used as a repair, or do professionals do it before every wax?

[EDIT]:: P.S. looking forward to that wheel cleaner portion...Also, I have heard that most products will have negative effects if applied in sunlight, is this a myth or is it just "easier" to remove when applied indoors?
Thanks in advance

Don't work in the sun...sun is the devil.

Polishing should be done really only a few times a year, and lightly after the first, initial heavy cut so that one doens't remove too much clearcoat.

GREEAAT WRITEUP!

As I have said many a time, I need time . No Camera at the moment, plus no time to do my own car until the end of the month. Life sucks.

Here's a neat one after a wash, clay, glaze, wax. No polish yet - ever. Yellow hides it well. Next spring I'm going to polish for the first time...

Try image shack - I'm not sure what their limit is, but I know I haven't been able to reach it yet.

Here's another of my Evo, in the meantime...
