New L.E.D. License Plate Kit (No 56k!)

I just installed my LED License Plate Kit from John at halzazz@hotmail.com (located in MI)

(same guy that does custom tail mods Taillight Mod and custom headlight mods Smoked Headlight Mod)

This is a high quality kit, and super easy install. He told me he already has the template for Evos. You be the judge.
(fYI my kit was $25 shipped, but I think he's running a group buy deal now)

The led's have more of a purple tint in person

This pic is blurry but this is more what the color is like

Install pics:

I was just thinking the same thing. It looks as though the main structure is made from a plexi-glass like material. Looks like it could be easily shaved to get the angle more towards the plate to keep lighting from hitting the ground. That would be my mod to this mod

^^ I was thinking the same thing, trying to get it on more of an angle would probably be pretty easy.

yeah, it's really easy to bend the plate where where the lights are mounted. It takes < 2 sec. to adjust. I'll try that tonight.

the plexiglass doesn't need to be shaved. I just need to bend the mounting plate (where the stock lights sit) a little. Thanks for the suggestions!

I've got the same kit, but from dafarmer...I've been pulled over twice for it. They said that I can't have a "blue" light on my plate. No ticket ever, but I tell them that it is actually white, and the fact that CT plates are blue makes it seem blue. If it ever happens again I should be like, "officer, if anything this is making it easier for you to read my plate from a distance" haha
