Message from the uninformed. Maybe you should do a little more research on TSW.

David, you always care and talks about shaving weight is the best performance mod, why didn't you buy a set of volk ce28n, everyone knows they are one of the lightest wheels on the market.
btw, 45lbs is not heavy, stock evo 8 wheels and tires weighs about the same.

David I just got to work here in AZ I PM'D you back.

The wheel makes a good difference in performance but the actual weight of the tire makes even more of a difference. The reason I say the Buddy Clubs or Volks is because they are forged and are proven to be stronger than cast. If you daily drive your race car like Dave here weight savings are only one part of the end result. Looks are a must. The ability to put up with potholes curbs and everyday street life plays a big part as well. Also price plays a big part, If you have a set of $3000 Volks the last thing you want is to curb them and have to wait another 3 months to get another wheel. Hope this helped.

Do more research on WHAT?? Tiger Sport Wheels out of South Africa? That they are heavy wheels with outdated styling??

Known for a long time to be as heavy as boat anchors. I think you are a bit uninformed.

Mr. Buschur,
I hope TSW gave those to you for free. Don't know how well those cast spokes can handle a 1000hp launch......

I think you need to do some more research on wheels. Torsional flex is highly unlikely to crack or bend a wheel. The bead will most likely slip first. Plus its a GT35 car...not quite 1000hp even though it is very fast.

The car will Dyno damn near 1000 on a Dynojet.

We all know I'm the wheel/tire ***** these days, and he is right....TSW is as cheap/crappy as Motegi or any other Pepboys brand. This car deserves some serious wheels.
