Yeah you wanna go to Select>All and then go to Edit>Stroke. A settings menu will come up where change the color and how thick you want the border.

if i put a frame on my pics, i usually just go to image>canvas size and i add the width of frame i want.

^ive never tried that, ill try next time, it prolly is easier lol

here are some shots taken with a canon rebel t1i. i am just learning and i also did some RAW file processing with canon's PC software to get some better colours from the sky

Not sure if anyone has said it, but the threadstarter has a damn cute dog!

thanks for the write up, too... I'm still trying to perfect my photos with my Rebel XTi. I need to upgrade my glass tho. Kit lens isn't that good.

mine came with a 18-55m is lens. its quite good guys but i will buy the 70-300mm canon is lens to get some longer zoom

auto-x

do any of your guys shoot auto-x pics? I tried panning to get some movement but couldn't get the setting right. Help me with some tips.

i rather buy the 70-200 f/4 or if you have the extra cash get the 70-200 f/2.8. if you even have more cash than that or do low light shooting get the IS version. the 70-200 f/2.8 is easily on of my fav lenses in my camera bag
