Are there any solutions to the nostrils yet?

Body kit, shaving, etc..

He probably means the centerpiece grill on our cars. Personally I like the new EVO front end, you gotta get used to it but if you wanna change this seems to be the best option, kit by c-west.

C-west kit makes it look like some souped up Accord or Honda... I say dont get rid of the stock Evo 8 look.

I just can't stand the nostrils, the mitsu emblem on the front end. I really like the way they designed the VII's though. >_<

i have a feeling that "nostrils" is going to become mitsu's trademark grill... until they design another hideous one. just look at the new lancer. i personally hated it at first, but it grew on me. not to say the evo vii grill isn't kick-***, moreso that the evo viii grill looks pretty decent IMO.

I want to either be able to shave the emblem part off (the whole thing) or slap an OEM evo 7 front end on.

Blasphamey!!!!!

C-West makes the Evo 8 look like what an Evo should look like, no grill and badass, instead of stoopid like the Evo8 and Lancer grills.

The C-West kit also reduces the air intake temps by 8 degrees celcius = more power.

Here's the thread

The c-west kit is kind of flashy, are there any other alternatives? I think the Endurance kit looks ok (kind of keeps it stock-looking):

But it's still a bit much. I like to keep things as OEM as possible, but the tail lights and the nostrils gotta go.

IMO!

That's a KWALITY Photochop done by Accolade....notice how the entire car has a shine on it and the skirts and front bumper are totally void of shine, shading and blur. Notice the Cheesy job they did chopping in the grillm looks like they painted a screen on. Accolade can't get more ghetto than this

p.s. I didn't know the Stock Evo ENKEI's came in 19 inches and on what appear to be 235/20/19 Tires

Look at the rear tire...theres like less than a finger in between the rim and the ground. Nice chop buddy

yeah the rear of the side skirt looks particularly bad. But the actual design doesn't look too bad imo. I can't wait till we get rid of our front license plates in 05. New front end time!

I like the VIII front end except the pontiac style Mitsu emblem. I want to open the grill like the VII. Here is a crappy photoshop of what I want mine to look like.
