Yea, the Marine Corps loves making everything difficult. I can still search before approval though. It really shouldn't take that long since I'm a Sgt. And yes walking does suck. 
I went to this place called Dream Run right outside of Kadena. They have a couple of Evos. Do you know of any other places selling Evos? I'm down to take a ride if you don't mind.

Yea DreamRun has a good selection of cars but their pricing is a little over the top. They handle their financing through an outside agency.
That 'Poopra' is actually one of the very few 5-speed, turbo Supra's for sale on Okinawa but it comes w/a ugly body kit and whale spoiler and the interior is crapped out w/ugly adhesive fake CF everywhere. Vast majority of Supra's you'll see being driven on the island are the non turbo/automatic versions.
I've PM'd you my phone number, hit me up and I can drive you around to a few other dealerships too. I have Softbank so you should be able to use the SMS/TXT feature on your phone.
