Question JDM Headlight Projectors

Hello!

I'm fixing an EVO with Salvage title, I bought a set of JDM Headlights,
but I'm not sure which is the ballast that the projectors use, could you help me to find the part number?
I have seen some in ebay like this:

That is the ballast that I need to my projectors work?

Thanks!

doesnt matter what ballast you use, unless you want that straight "JDM" theme i have MR 8 NON HID headlights and i threw a set of aftermarket HIDS and they have been working good for the last 3 years with no problems

only thing being you wont be able i think to mount the ballasts under the headlight it will have to be mounted elsewhere in the engine bay

I was confused, I think the JDM Headlights are not HID, then if I don't use a HID ballast the projectors and the other bulbs will work good, if I want to have HID light then I need the HID ballast.
Now is better

If bulbs came with the projectors you bought then they most likely won't work with an aftermarket kit. I believe donmeca is suggesting you buy a complete aftermarket kit that comes with its own bulbs and ballasts, which he has mounted in projectors that came in a non-HID halogen equipped Evo.

But if you go that route, they probably won't be as good as the stock HIDs and you won't have the leveling feature.
