The car looks awesome! I can't wait to photograph it again. I'll def be at the etown redline event!

When will all the hot parts be getting coated? Swain Tech White Lightning?
Also, any plans for blocking the heat the cam sesnor will be exposed to?

im sure it'd still be possible to make a single tank w/ a breather filter w/ 4 AN ports though.
he is correct because he built the thing

jalal,

yes, it will be swain coated,

we never use swain coating on raw metal.. we always heat cycle it first, that prevents it from flaking.

yeah JM fab does rock...

the intake should work very well...

that brace was done because we wanted more support with the hood pins etc, so the hood doesnt rip off LOL!

That's what I'll be doing on my next manifold as mine is starting the flake a good amount recently. I know that it was coated from new and was not heat cycled. I wonder if Swain could strip their white lightning off and recoat it. Do you happen to know Chad?

so....

the glitch was fixed to the tune of

530whp/433 wtq at 27.8 psi in 3rd gear.....

the previous setup did 430/420 in 4th gear 30 psi, and 420whp/419wtq at 30psi in 3rd gear....

this was with NO tuning...

inlet temps actually dropped from 111 degrees to 94 degrees during the pull (its 88 in the dyno room)....

we lost about 500rpm worth of spool from 3800-4900 rpm.... but we have a larger hotside than we needed (couldnt get the tial .63)... we are going to swap that out, do some tuning, and we should match the twinscroll spool

all in all, we fixed the glitch.

we also officially signed with Brembo brakes so we are adding their 4 wheel brake kit before our cover photoshoot the end of the week.

cheers...

videos and charts coming.

this was on the same tune as before... now that its not pulling timing, the afr's have shifted and its rich on spool...

after a retune we should pick up some more... we were revving to 7980 RPM on the AEM logger... and power was still climbing... id say its a 560whp car revved to 8300 with the proper fueling

Cheers
