Saving an evo, from rice to clean.
Silver from one evo to the next is NEVER the same...it is the hardest paint to match. Paint will deviate from the factory depending on what day it is sprayed (because of fluctuating humidity, temperature, light exposure, paint/flake mixture, etc.). If it really bothers you, just respray the whole car, or blend the paint around the fenders. Thanks for rescuing the Evo from another idiot ricer!
yeah i figured it was either because of that or the guy i traded fenders with kept his car in a garage all the time and it never got affected by the sun.. it matches really good with the bumper and the hood but the door's a little off. you can really only see it at certain angles and depending on the lighting. it just bothers me cause i know it's there.
How old was the first owner 12 years old? Dry wall screws hahahahha
I am not sure it was rice before, it just looks like it had a $hitty dumba$$ owner.
Oh well glad its in some good hands now, keep up the good work
