You don't have to mention anything about the parts not being OEM. On the estimate it should just say, "Tail lights" "Rear Bumper cover" etc. and prices next to them. It's not as complicated as its being made out in this thread.

Glad to hear you kept your cool. I would've wanted to slam her head in her door until my arms got tired. No use in getting upset since it'll all be taken care of by insurance. Play your cards right and hopefully you can come out with a little bonus money.

I just picked up my rental which state farm is paying for ...Also, the insurance called me today and said monday they will swing by to look at the car and give an estimate so far so good.

same thing happened to me 4 years ago the day after i bought my evo. neighbor wasnt payin attention and backed right into the passenger side front fender. i had only put 50 miles on the car on the way home from the dealer.

Now that really sucks man . My biggest concern now is that I hope the car comes out good . I dont want the car to look like it was hit, I want some professional job done.

i F-ing hate old people. they should have a certain age where they have to re-take the license test. they are a hazard to everyone and themselves behind the wheel of a car
