Evo 9 bumper with SE lip looks sick. I don't regret converting mine but all the grill and bumper parts can add up quick.

With my 4" black ETS FMIC, its a true sleeper putting out over 700whp.

Get the chopped 8 with a carbon fiber lip.

 

i vote 8 bumper, just cause i hate those gheyass holes for the airflow in the 9 bumper. the se lip does look damn good though.

 

Go with a IX bumper. I've never been a huge fan of the VIII bumper. While the "chopped" nose definitely does make it look nicer, the bumper's height just seems so short (unless you want to spend more dough on a lip), while the IX bumper's taller height looks better proportioned relative to the rest of the car.

 

Regardless on what you choose you will still have various addons to make the front bumper unique: lips, canarfds, ducts, grills, windsplitters.

 

stupid question maybe, but what exactly is chopping the nose on the 8 bumper? in the white evo pic i noticed the mitsu emblem piece is completely gone... is that it?

When I am less lazy, I'll post a pic... I wonder what that would look like on a Red 8... you could be the prototype. Hahaha!
