people sell evo 9 bumpers from time to time in the for sale section just keep your eyes open granted you will have to repaint it but no big deal

there is some company that makes a replica 9 bumper.. they sell them on ebay. they claim great fitment and durability and even have a short video clip of them twisting and pulling the bumper to show its strength.

 

I may have to check that out.

 

APR makes one with integrated lip. Ive looked for one from time to time unsuccessfully
