I guess i might just have to keep the evo 8 setup... And maybe just do the chopped nose and be creative with the carbon etc...

Thats why I posted that. Its not a cheap upgrade by the time you add up all the parts. The grills or supports are not easy to find used.

I still prefer the 9 front but its just my personal taste. I've also done IX interior and tails so many mistake it for a IX.

I work for a dealership, and all the list of parts clips etc to convert to the evo9 bumper will kill me! Thats over $1000 worth of parts! Id honestly just rather spend the extra cash on parts i need to get her back on the road!

Rodent. Trust me.. If i only had to do the conversion... Id do it. You gotta pay... To play. But i still have to buy a rad support, rad, condenser and a few more things to get my car on the road.. So im kinda tight on cash!

If that's the case I suggest get your car fixed first then see what you can afford. If the 8 is what you can then I would do a nose chop and add ducts and a lip of your choice. Simple and clean!

Its too bad you can't find a used one locally. I think I paid $500 for a complete IX bumper with everything included. I then swapped all grill and support pieces on my new bumper cover with new SE lip and sold the old cover for $300 so it only cost about $200 for all the grill/support parts.
