Kind of looks mean with the headlights reflecting the flash. Hood isn't latched since we had a line to measure boost. Since then I've installed a new scratch free IX bumper and new SE lip, removed the emblem, and painted the lower Hella horn black.

Before you decide you may want to price all the grill and bumper parts first. There's many parts that are required to make it a complete bumper. All the grills and grill supports add up pretty quick. I found this out the hard way doing mine. I finally bought a complete used Evo 9 bumper someone was selling locally.

having a 9 bumper on an 8 doesnt matter, having an 8 bumper on a 9 doesnt matter. an evo is an evo and the differences between 789 arent much. and thats the great thing about it is the ability to interchange the parts amoung the generations. but yes, nose chop is very popular along with the change to the 9 bumper
