Needless to say I have terrible luck and testing was not completely...BBK turbos do not come with studs in the back 2 holes of the hotside, so with the stock manifold I was just using 4 bolts...The easiest way to install this manifold is either bolt it to the turbo off the car or definitely have studs in the rear of the hotside...While installing it I got 3 of the manifold to hotside bolts in but the back right wouldn't thread in...Well someone decided to "help" me and give it a try and he ended up cross threading/fu*king up the threads and the bolt just stopped and wouldn't move and it still needed to be threaded in another half inch...Well, at that point it was getting late and I decided to give up and throw the stocker back on and crank that back bolt back in...I didn't get to the best part yet...After leaving the shop to head home I was about 5 miles away and I ran over a 6 inch piece of metal and it went straight into my back left tire, went flat pretty much right away...I for some reason didn't have my jack or lug nut wrench with me so I quickly called up Pete and he drove back to the shop and grabbed both for me...I pulled the metal out of the tire and the hole is way to big to plug/patch so I get to buy a new tire now, awesome, even better these tires only have like 3k miles on them....So yeah that was my night last night...Honestly this year I am living by the motto...If I didn't have bad luck I wouldn't have any luck at all...Well, I guess its time for me to install some studs in the back 2 hotside bolt holes and try again later...Sorry guys...
So this was in my tire...If someone could tell me what it is ill give them a $1...

Finally got my new tire on last night...Luckily since the tires were so new the tread depth was between 8/32-9/32 so it won't affect my rear diff or transfer case at all....My gf and I are heading to a wedding in South Carolina this weekend so I will be taking my car down and the fender and door with be getting repainted at my buddies shop (J&C Auto Restoration, highly recommended!!!)....Remember my door and fender needed to be painted due to someone thinking it was a good idea to scratch them with a knife a couple weeks ago...Needless to say I am ready for 2011...
After getting back from the wedding I will be pulling the BBK Full off and it will be going up for sale...I have some plans for over the winter...Finally going SD and a turbo change, thinking maybe BBK-B or something larger...we shall see...If anyone is interested in the BBK Full let me know, if will be coming off the car right after Thanksgiving...

BJ, I would be careful about running redline fluids in the transmission. I had a mix of mt90 and manual transmission fluid in the stock trans for 12k, it would not shift at all and when we opened it up it was caked with metal all around the housing. The trans only had 60k miles also. Just my 2 cents.
