Time for some updates finally. Car has been running for 2 weeks or so now but I haven't driven it much at all. Had some issues and had the car taken over to CBRD and they sorted them out for me. Also the douche bag tow truck driver lost my insurance and registration cards and I am still waiting for my reg. card to come in so I won't drive the car till then. The tune needs a good bit of work but I haven't had a chance to do any logging yet. I think my timing map will be alright, may need to adjust it some but the fuel map needs work due to the BBK-B sucking down a bit more fuel then the Full. I've been working on the fuel map the last couple nights trying to keep it as smooth as possible, 3D graph looks good so far. Now onto the picture updates...
Ported BBK-B

Turbo kit assembled...TCC coated Toxicfab manifold, TCC coated Toxicfab 02 dump, Ported BBK-B, BBK-B oil feed line, DEI Titanium turbo blanket, all new studs, bolts, washers, etc....Unfortunately because of some oil issues, oil got on the turbo blanket, not much, but I had to take it off....Anyone have any suggestions for cleaning oil off a turbo blanket??

Wrinkle black valve cover with machined letters, done by TCC...TCC also pulled my PCV valve out and installed the STM rear fitting...Collin @ Toxicfab drilled out the front right fitting and tapped it for a larger one...Both sides will be running to their own DC3 catch can...

Not a great picture but here is everything installed...

New wheel and tire setup...17 x 8.5 Black Enkei RPF1s with 255/40/17 Hankook tires...Fortune Auto Ti Lug Nuts...Between the rims, tires, lug nuts, and rotors I dropped 10 lbs of rotational mass off each corner...

Car pulled out of the garage for the first time in almost 4 months...

And of course, gotta represent Toxicfab...

Thanks man, appreciate it...The car has definitely been through a lot in the past year...I've had 4 different turbos on it, haha! Stock IX, FP Red, BBK Full & now BBK-B. I did a lot of research over the winter and bought some different parts that people may say I don't need or are overkill but whatever, its my car...haha...The car has been down for 6 months out of the past year, I just want to enjoy it now...Heading to Deals Gap next weekend!!

It wasn't too bad...Ill try and take some better pics of it when I get a chance...You have to pull all the wire loom and electrical tape off the harness from the injectors pretty much back to the battery cables. Separate the harness in 3 pieces as far as they will go. Cam sensors, etc...Injectors, etc...Intake mani sensors, etc...The only wires I had to actually lengthen were the injector wires, I would suggest adding 3"+ of wire to each injector. Then I went back and electrical tapped and wire loomed everything. Ran the intake manifold wires all underneath and behind it. Ran all the injectors harness wires under the intake manifold & ran the injectors between the runners. Thats pretty much it. It wasn't too hard and it came out pretty good. If you have any other questions let me know.

I got the rims through Tirerack and they only had 8.5s in black 9+ were silver only. 17x9s would have been nice but then I may have to roll fenders or change tires...I really don't like stretching tires...255 on a 9 inch wide rim is too small for me...265 tires have limited choices...Plus I dropped another 4 lbs rotational weight per corner going with this rim & tire setup...
Thanks man! I haven't seen any updates in your build thread lately?!

Thanks man!! I've been slowly street tuning the car. Car still needs a bit of tuning and is only around 24-25psi right now. BUT it does feel better then my fully tuned BBK Full setup @ 27 psi. I am taking baby steps with the tuning, as my skills are still pretty limited, haha. I'm trying to get up with Petey @ Krazy Houst Customs and jump on the dyno there, hopefully get some decent mustang dyno #s soon then track times!
