Carbon Fiber Vinyl???

Hey I was looking for a carbon fiber vinyl that matches the oem weave and looks glossy. I have only seen the 3m that looks flat and has a texture.

Please post some pics and links.

It does not look like real CF in person, I wouldn't let that stuff anywhere near an evo.

My buddy did it on his miata, it came out bad ****in ***. It is flat however, no gloss unfortunately. Ill find pics of it.

search around on this forum. there's a lot of guys that have done it and it looks great if you get the high quality stuff. there are links on here to a beemer forum where the guys got the idea from a dude that did his M3. it looks really good. also, Evolove (member here) has experience with the stuff because she did her boyfriend's interior with it. she can probably give you some info on it.

DI-noc 3m or something is what it is called..

I remembered reading that you cant spray with a clear coat ( to make it shine) the di-noc as it looses the carbon fiber apperance.

i found a place over here that says they have gloss carbon fiber vinyl. Im going to check it out. i really hope it matches the wing and ix interior. i just dont like the 3m's look.

You can actually use automotive clear coat over 3m di-noc. Here's the rattle can solution:

Rvinyl.com has a glossy finished and dry finish vinyl I just ordered some there is 3 stages iirc.
