I have not driven the car with this setup in it yet. Time will tell. But I can tell you that it frees up a ton of room and looks much cleaner.

The manual brake conversion is probably not for everyone. I have already run it, I have it on my RS. I don't want to steal or side track the thread but since it keeps coming up.....

The brake pedal is FIRM, the sponge feeling in the stock power brakes is completely eliminated. It makes for a VERY consistent hard pedal feeling. You have to put some leg muscle into stopping the car now, think Fred Flinstone. You are also going to need a more aggressive brake pad to want to drive the car with the manual brake set up on it. Personally I like mine. Kevin drove the car at the North Carolina race and at first was worried about stopping it. I assured him it would stop. He made a couple 145 mph stops and said I was absolutely right. You have to push harder on the pedal to get the same results but stopping the car was no problem at all.

More than likely it will be on AEM. I am going to trailer it there in case something goes wrong, I don't want to be stuck there.

I'm really not that big of a fan for Mivec in high HP cars. Its just another thing that can go bad.

And I really hope more parts come in today. Only waiting on a couple small things to get this thing to start up.
