Finally I found it!!!!
I have talked with the maker of the dead pedal cover and he is still making the kits. He is in the process of a move righ now but will have the kits for sale again soon. I will definately be getting one. He will be selling the rights soon and the price will probably go up. Let me know if you are interested and I will pass the information along.

Under "Aluminum Sport Pedal Kit" You can even buy the red evo billet crap that they didn't bring to the us... such as the shift knob; etc..
