Exclamation Defi Link HELP!!! please

ok, here is the situation:

I have my 3 gauges (EGT, boost, oil pres.) all hooked up and running to the control unit II. Everying lights up with the headlights. Therefore, it has power, illumination, and the switch connected correctly. BUT none of the gauges read or react to anything. They just light up with the headlights. My buddy and I have tried everything. We are using the correct meter output and all gauges are in the proper slots. The only thing we can think of is that the control unit is bad, but thats so hard to believe. I followed the directions on www.evomoto.com when installing the gauges, so they are right.

what should I do?

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give me any advice you can, I really appreciate it.

they are the regular defi link gauges, not black face. And yes they only light up when the headlights or parking lights are on.

bump!

yes they are. We have pulled them all out and then reconnected them to make sure they were hooked up properly. I'm clueless

yup, emailed Defi and they were very quick to respond. I followed the install directions on evomoto.com, but it looks like there might be a problem with them. they say to connect the red defi CU II wire to pin 9 of the radio harness which is suppose to be a red wire with a black stripe. Well my red wire with a black stripe is on pin 10. I'm almost 100% sure when I change the connect to that wire all will be fixed.

I just posted recently (few days ago) that I found that PIN 9 in EvoMoto procedure was PIN 10 in my case (black-red wire).
You should really do a search. Not everything you read online is correct
I verifed with Evo service manual that black-red wire goes to the battery and the color is right however the PIN isn't.
