OH MAN!!! I was looking at the Left hand side and totally saw it when you pointed it out now. Quality piece and I must have one in LHD now.

The pictures were easy to fix. All you need to do is get the picture link and put img tags around it like this:
Just replace <x> with [x] where x is img

Man, that is just crazy what you had to go through. Heck, we don't even have emissions testing here!

Yeah Australia is so ridiculously strict here with our road rules... But it is the system I live in, and it won't effect my passion for modified Japanese cars haha. I religiously keep every stock piece I replace with aftermarket just in case I get defected one day by the police. That way I have everything I need to put it back to stock and pass the inspection...

Went to a recent photoshoot with some other local cars here in Adelaide and thought I'd share some of my favorites.

Was lucky enough to have been selected as the car to represent a local car show here in South Australia called Trackfest this coming February. It coincides with our local state's Time Attack that is held yearly & is held at a new track called The Bend Motorsports Park. The track is quite a technical track and sits along the beautiful Murray River, so I am quite excited to attend. Here are a few of the better shots from the poster shoot Evolyn was in:

I had many more but i didn't want to spam everyone too much

I am always keeping an eye out for any hard to find pieces to help make Evolyn a little different to the norm... A detailer friend of mine in Sydney made the mistake of mentioning he had a Kansai Carbon Airbox he had not used for some years. A few messages here & there & I talked him into selling it to me haha. Not before he gave it a sealant coat though. Very happy with this piece, I had been missing an airbox & open pods are deemed illegal here in Australia & is a point you can be defected on... No more need to worry though & it is another hard to find piece no long manufactured...

Been a little quiet on the western front in terms of updating this thread. Been enjoying the Evo a lot throughout summer and driving it more instead of doing shows and shoots. Was supporting a close friend competing in a hillclimb which was a nice hour and a half drive before & afterwards and had a ball:

On my way home I stopped past the house I was born into and had not seen for 20 plus years, so I had to stop for a pic:

After clocking up some km's and enjoying the beast though it came time to catch up with some photographer mates and do an Autumn Shoot. The colours of the leaves at the moment are beautiful here and I think the below set shows them off well:

Hope you peeps enjoy them

So while our North American friends are enjoying Summer, we here in Australia are in Winter. ANyway, to make the most of things we went out in search of some Autumn leaves, colours came out pretty well I think:

So while it is fall over in the states, here in Australia we are well into Spring. None the less this week I went out for a shoot with a close friend and the weather was quite dark and broodish, found a lovely no through road with zero traffic, and it set a pretty nice scene:

So being a firm believer in always having stock parts on hand to take the car back to OEM spec in case of times where the Evo needs to be my daily driver, taken on a weekend away or a brush up with the law, I keep a set of OEM spec wheels on hand. For the past couple years a set of Enkei Evo X GSR wheels have done me a great service, being 18x8.5 +38 they are a great fit for a CT9A:

But I have always had a soft spot for the Advan RS, especially the GTR Face for their concave design. No longer being made had meant I was never able to add a set to my collection.... Well a set came up last week and I had to pull the trigger. Having three sets of wheels already one set had to go, so the Enkeis were sold, and a set of Gunmetal Grey 18x9 +29 Advan RS were welcomed into the family haha. I think it is safe to say I may have a new favorite set of wheels...

Went to a local car show this past weekend, show was held at a beautiful winery, so the setting was good and there were some nice cars too... A few of my favorite shots from the day:
