Kinda tame in this thread but heres my fitment. Maybe one day I can fit the ce28nrt black edition 18x10.5+20. Only have to deal with 25mm poke in the rear and 20mm poke in the front.

Wheels: volk ce28n 18x9.5 +34 (5mm spacer in front)
tires: 275/35/18 bfg rivals
camber: -2.5 front / -2.0 rear 0 toe
bodywork: rear rolled flat and pulled slightly. Bumper bolt relocation
clearance: clears at all steering angles and suspension travels

just curious: why you would put a 285 tire on a 9.5 wheel.

My bad. It's 275, which is already pretty wide for 9.5. 285 would get into the realm of bulging.

it is. so any particular reason you fit the 275? i was thinking auto-x, but you are already wider than stock with the wheel. just curious.

I'm actually a road course guy. I was on 255 rs3s and that wasn't enough grip for the speed and setup I have. So I just stepped up the size before going rcomps. For the series I used to compete in size was not restricted but tread wear rating was.

Hopefully it still handles ok. You're killing the suspension geometry with that offset and huge spacers. especially the front. Its going to have a terrible scrub radius for the steering.

Nutshell these wheels are for show, my old ones are for the go. but you are very right about the geo changes.

Really these wheels arent even for this car. they are for my TA car i am building which is a double a arm car and positive Scrub is actually good. (and will have fully adjustable arms)
1) i wanted these wheels for the TA car
2) they only come in that offset
3) the spacers are on there because its the only way to get them to clear the evo brembos
4) these arent my track wheels, pretty obvious by the tires on there.
5) i still have my other wheels for track time.
6) this setup is a show setup for the evo other wheels setup is a go setup with NT01 rubber.

Kind of a shame about the MacPherson strut that is so hard to fix things like that. Probably why teams like Nemo went double a arm. far more adjustable. Although i guess if your going that extreme anyway you can just make adjustable lower arms and sub frames to sort out the issues and increase track width. I think that is what Tilton did.

Well, I'm glad you have it sorted, and you know what you're talking about. Yes, some positive scrub is needed. But the amount you would have with those offsets and spacers could have an adverse affect.

Whose widebody parts are you using?
