project MU brake pads

project MU brake pads

i just install them like 2 weeks ago. the first day they didnt squeek but since then they wont stop squeeking... any one having the same problem? how can i fix that? let me know....

hey...i have project mu pads....they do seem to squeak...especially after the car has been in rain or sitting for awhile...once mine warm up they don;t make any noise. Be careful if you track the car though.....those pads seem to heat up very hot due to the low dusting nature.

Get used to it. HOwever, they are MUCH better than the Hawks, they squeak all the time, even sitting still it seems.

yep, my MU's squeek as well...no problems though, and after a few months the squeek is barely there

yes i did properly bed them in.....they just aren't very good for road courses...fine for autocross and street driving though of course. I think i will go with ferodo next time though.

ive notice project mu's squeak alot that is why i went w/ endless no squeaking.
but it is definitely more expensive but well worth it..
