You didnt have to take the caliper off? How did you not get enamel all over the rotor and pads?

here is how to peel it without killing your fingernail... i just cut a piece of soft plastic from some packaging

Nice......I was gonna take my whole caliper off. Regular masking tape?

it's actually painters tape.. i had some leftover from painting the extra bedroom.

Good stuff, kevin! So did it peel because of hard braking at the track? And if so, have you gone to the track after making the fix? I'm just wondering how the duplicolor held up to the extreme caliper temps.

i've never tracked the car with the "fixed" bembos.. so i honestly can't say how they would hold up with constant hard breaking. but for daily driving with some fun runs up hwy 128 they are holding up fine.. i can't tell any differance between the day i did them til now... as for how they started peeling...i only tracked (autocrossed) the car 3 times and i did do some moderate/hard breaking..
