Got Aligment 2DAY...

I got my car aligned today here are the results:

FRONT:
Camber:
Left: -1.91 Right: -1.48
Toe:
O left and right

REAR:
Camber:
Left: -1.03 Right: -1.01
Toe:
O left and right...

Does anyone know why my front left is not coming out the same as the right. I understand the camber cannot be adjusted at front. What can I do to equal them out...

The camber on your Evo is 'selectable' meaning that there are two possible values: -1Deg or -2Deg.

If you look at the bolt holding the front damper to the knuckle (whee; hub assembly) you should see a small arrow on the top one. Arrow pointing IN = -1Deg, OUT = -2Deg. There's a +/-30' tolerance on each and the difference between two sides must be less than the 30'.

If you have lowered springs, the camber will be slightly greater than stock but hte difference should be roughly in the same range.

For the sake of clarity, 30' is 0.5degrees. So if your figures were in decimal (rather than degree-minute-seconds) then 1.91-1.48 =0.43degrees which is less than 30' so you're still okay.

I think the difference between the two sides come from your bushings etc. Urethane ones may help.

Hope this helps.

Toe wears tires, not camber. Keep the toe set to zero -- no worries.

CAMBER WEARS TIRES, sigh, toe wears tires pretty badly but so does camber, camber wearns down the edge of the tires depending on if it + or - and having bad toe angles is basically draging ur tire latteraly which would wear it down much faster

He's using stock camber settings. That isn't going to wear the tires! Hell, I run 3 degrees of negative camber in front, and minus 2 degrees in the rear with no problem tire wear. You do have to rotate your tires and keep proper tire pressures.

Toe is the culprit for the vast amount of poor tire wear.
