It really is truly easy and i think evomoto.com or machevo.com made a 4 piston spreader, but its fairly expesive. If you do it alot its work it, but i believe its around 110 to 120 bucks.

All you have to do is swing one of the two pads around and use it to spread the pistons back. Our cars have about the simplest to changes brakes out there. All you need is a 1/8 in punch and a hammer and your done....

Have found that hooking up bleeder bottle and cracking bleeder screw makes for an easier pad pushback...less force needed and pushing one side back doesn't pressurize the opposite side pistons causing them to push out. Also accomplishes a mini brake bleed.
