Brake and Rotor Warranty

I might have to get my Rotors regrounded because of this sound it makes when im driving. also when i brake my brakes are making this horrible sound sometimes. When my transfer case went out they wouldnt warranty me because of aftermarket things i have done, so i think ive been blacklisted. i was wondering if i could get new rotors and brakes even though i have been blacklisted. i have 28000 miles on my car and its lowered with alot of mods....

for defects in the calipers (stuck piston, peeling paint) you have 36 months 36000 miles. your rotors you have 12 months 12000 mile warranty

Try it...the worst they can say is "No." If they voided your powertrain warranty due to performance parts, then they should honor the warranty for your brakes (the peeling). The rotors and pads most likely won't be under warranty since they are wear items. Good luck.
