What is your pad thickness in the rear, on the inside and outside pads? Maybe you are hitting low pad noise maker telling you that you need new pads.

how many miles on the car. also maybe it's just the cold or some snow on the pads and just wearing in the rotors.

check to see if you have even wear on your pads....are your rotors wearing unevenly...could be alot of different factors....
