I would love to get the TE37, but I want to keep the wheel a 17 inch.

Do they have a Te37 in 17 inch that will fit the CT9A (I have an Evo 9)

I don't have very much experience swapping wheels and tires, I'm nervous it will rub the body as my car sits lower than OEM (I have adjustable coilovers).

I would like a slightly wider wheel than the OEM IX MR bbs wheels that the car came with. I do not need it to be aggressively wider, just a hair wider is fine.

If you go thru the thread, you'll see a bunch of evo 9s with 17inch te37's. Hell just 3 post above yours there's a 9 with 17x8.5.

The thing I'm worried about though is that my car is lower than OEM.

Looks fantastic.

Can you take some photos showing how much further (wider) the wheel looks compared the the edges of the body?

Also, what is your suspension setup?
