Evo8 shocks vs MR and ride quality?

I have had my evo since last July and i am thinking about selling it this spring. The roads are crap here and the ride is rough as hell. I was looking into the swift springs. Will these ride a little better than stock? How about the MR bilstein shocks?

The MR Bilstein shocks are the best way to improve ride quality. Just make sure you get a set in good condition.

I have MR Bilsteins and aftermarket springs. They are no softer than the stock KYB strut and stock spring. If you kept the stock springs instead of lowering it would be a tad softer.

If you feel the car is too stiff in stock form you aren't going to be able to improve it much especially if you plan to lower it.

The roads will get better, i will stop being a sally, lol. So in terms of road course HPDE events, how much better will the bilstein/swift combo be? I think i will also do the WL bushings and roll center kit while i'm at it. I must take down my buddys C5 this year, haha.

Coilovers won't be softer than the MR Bilstein shocks on stock springs.

MR shocks/struts provide a MUCH softer ride than the KYB's. If you go and change out the springs I would imagine you would negate any ride quality you would have gained.
I put the MR Bilsteins on my car 3yrs ago and I found it to be a night and day difference. It rides way better, but is obviously no Cadillac.
